CHANNELLOCK® Trades 101
Through my agency experience, I worked with a client, CHANNELLOCK®, to research and create a landing page for young professionals who are interested in a career in the Trades. This landing page includes all the Trades careers, what they entail, education path, median pay, trainings and certifications and potential career paths.

Senior Research Project
During my senior year of my undergraduate degree, I worked on a semester long research paper and presentation on a topic related to my future career goals. My topic covered organizational crisis communication and how organizations utilize social media during a crisis, with an in-depth analysis of Nike's crisis response in the Colin Kaepernick situation.

Visit High Point Blogs
In my last semester of my undergraduate degree, I worked with the visitor's center of High Point, NC. As a communications intern I collaborated on various published blog posts that encourage locals and visitors to experience local businesses such as shops, restaurants and breweries.

Training Materials for New Hires
Throughout my undergraduate job as a Campus Concierge team member, I had the opportunity to be apart of the leadership team. With others, I created a week-long training program and supplemental documents for new hires to refer back to when necessary. The materials include system processes, email and in-person responses, and customer service etiquette and expectations.
